• How do you feel after sleeping or resting? Do you have problems getting to sleep or staying asleep?
• Are you able to think as clearly as you did before becoming ill? Do tasks such as reading or watching TV now cause fatigue or other symptoms?
• Do you ever feel dizzy or lightheaded? Do you feel worse when sitting or standing? Do you feel worse in warm environments
